Hi, I've already had this several times and the customer service has given me my Rounds but it's true that the answers are a little long probably still answers from people on holiday. good day

Hello everyone, last
Thursday, while playing the Bonus Mots, the game got stuck on checking a word. after a lot of waiting, I updated my page and... lost my Round in progress.... This has happened to me twice in a row. I have sent a message to customer service but have not yet received a reply.
Has anyone ever had this problem? It's a shame to have lost two Rounds, because I had a great place in the Bonus Mots challenge...
